Replacing boom & struck hyd line. Hose was blowing and machine was covered with hyd oil. Stepping down to replace hose, stepped on swing drive and fell.

GRINDING AND CHIPPING SLAG, HE NOTICED TWO HOURS LATER HIS EYE WAS ITCHING. HE WAS REPAIRING A BUCKET ON A 345B TRACK HOE. DOCTOR PRESCRIBED MEDICATION FOR EYE.
