AREA HAD A DDITIONAL ROOF BOLTS AND ADDITIONAL TIMBER SET PRIOR TO ROOF FALL REPORTED TO TRINIDAD OFFICE 3:45 9-18-00. AREA WAS TIMBERED OFF.
