Employee was walking in a work area where pallets of rock are weighed when EE twisted EE's ankle on a rock. EE then fell backwards landing on EE's tail bone.

Employee was installing v-belts on gear box. after installing the first drive belt employee slipped and grabbed the v-belt pulling a finger between the v-belt and pulley cutting fingertip and breaking finger(middle finger on right hand).
