Helping remove bag former from crate. While lifting it out, felt pressure and pain in abdominal area. Stopped and noticed bulge pushing out of area.

Employee was working on the bagging line / sealing bags when he felt a sharp pain in his upper back. Employee tried to work in another area of the bag line but could not continue to work. He reported the injury to supervisor and was sent for medical attention.

The injured employee was helping spot/align railcars for unloading. The employee assumed the car were moving too fast and tried to jump up onto the railcar to set the braking system. As he attempted to get onto the railcar he was either unable to climb up fast enough and/or slipped resulting in the wheel of the railcar running over his right toes.
