Team member was welding & grinding & shrapnel got past safety glasses. Team member went to eye doctor & they was able to get foreign object out & gave eye drops. Went back to work.

A FRIEND WAS USING STONE CRUSHING PERMITTED AREA TO MAKE ADBOE BLOCKS WHEN HIS HELPER GOT HIS ARM CAUGHT IN END DOOR OF ADOBE MACHINE. BROKE ARMABOVE HIS WRIST REQUIRING SURGERY. HE IS NOT AN EMPLOYEE AND THIS DID NOT HAPPEN ON CRUSHING EQUIPMENT.
