THE GRIZZLY HEIGHT ADJUSTER BECAME LODGED IN ITS SLIDE. WHEN EMPLOYEE REACHED FOR A HAMMER TO TAP ON THE ADJUSTER IT CAME FREE AND STARTED SLIDING DOWN. HE REACHED TO CATCH IT AND THE END OF H IS RIGHT MIDDLE FINGER WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN A BOLT ON THE TOP OF THE ADJUSTER AND THE SQUARE TUBE IT SLIDES IN.
