EMPLOYEE WAS CLEANING UP LEAKING GRAVEL SUNDER BELTS ON WASH PLANT. INSTEAD OF WALKING AROUND PLANT HE CROSSED UNDER WASH PLANT AND HIT HIS HEAD ON A BEAM WHEN HE ROSE UP. NO INDICATION OF INJURY AT THAT TIME.
