Employee was standing on a temporary platform to install safety barricades. He was not wearing fall protection. He stepped off the platform while pounding on a support timber and fell 7 feet to the tunnel floor.

An old station area was being inspected and mucked out. A rock was dislodged from the upper rib and struck the mucker or the shoulder and button resultion in a non penetrating abraison to bother area. There was no bleeding
