While replacing dust bag on a filter motor the worker was reaching up and lost footing causing worker to reflexively grab at a bar and three finger tips on the right were pinched and cut between a bracket.

While loading rock onto the stone splitter, employee's 3rd and 4th fingers on left hand were injured. The tips of the finger were clipped by the chisels coming down.

EE was loading rock onto belt for splitting. Another rock fell on EE's finger. EE's right hand was caught between the rock EE was holding and the rock that fell. The 4th finger (ring finger) on right hand was broken.
