Employee went to the second level in the palletizer in the packaging facility to adjust the equipment. He twisted his right knee climbing down off the palletizer. Employee was sent to Medical Center on Friday 7/26. Employee was on light duty until 7/30

Employee jumped onto the conveyor system before the automatic wrapper in order to place a bag in a pallet. His body triggered the system and the conveyor belts started moving. As a result, his right foot got stuck between two conveyors. Employee was able to pull his foot out and jumped back to the ground level. However, his right ankle was injured.

THE EMPLOYEE WAS TESTING THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. A wire slipped in his hand; as a result, he received an electrical shock Employee was sent to the Medical Center for precaution.

EE was changing the bags out in the dust collection system. One of the bag and frame got caught in the main frame; he jerked the bag and frame. As a consequence, his finger nail is almost completely off. Employee was sent to the care center.

While employee was climbing down from the ladder at the scalping screens, he lost control and felt down to the ground. He had just finished greasing a motor. Ambulance took the employee to hospital. Employee has been already discharged from hospital to his house. An investigation report with employee is pending.

Employee went to the mezzanine above the jog line (bagging line 9 - packaging department)to perform a change over in products on deck 1. He began to walk across the other side of the deck and slipped. As a consequence, he fell and hit his head on the side of the metal wall. Employee has a head injury; a cut to the left side of his head.
