Employee stated that while performing maintenance during the day, EE tweaked neck/back.
While cleaning the rocks off the jaw crusher, a rock rolled down and hit the employee's finger resulting in three stitches.
While getting out of the off-road truck, the employees' foot slipped off the step. This resulted in EE's mouth hitting the fender of the truck, chipping EE's tooth.
