Accident type, without injuries
Operator was sidding underwater limerock when floor underneath excavator gave way causing excavator to tip into 15'-18' of water. Operator jumped out of the door and swam to bank. Operator had right lower leg contusion and was cleared to return to work at 100% full duty.
