The employee was unhooking the power and ground lead from the external fuel pump when the fueling was completed, when there was a spark causing the battery to explode. The employee had a split lip and minor contact with battery acid which was promptly neutralized.

Employee slipped & lost his footing; fell at same level.

Employees were fabricating stacker/ conveyer sections. EE was uncoupling attachment from stacker eye. EE slipped.
