Accident type, without injuries
Truck #308 had returned to our mine loaded with sand. The driver pulled next to pile at plant location and positioned truck to dump it's load. Once dump bed was in the dump position, the rear wheels sunk in the sand near the dump site causing the truck and trailer to overturn. Minor damage to the tractor itself - no injury to diver, mine personnel, or mine equipment.
