While working on a repair at the wash plant, the employee stood up and hit EE's head on a ladder EE was using at the plant.

Employee was using the water truck to pressure wash the side of the inventory building. Employee picked up hose and opened valve. The hose jumped out of EE's hand and hit employee in chin causing a laceration.

When opening up a radiator cap after letting the equipment cool, the cap shot off and fluid came out onto left forearm

The employee was clearing a jam on the screener at 10:15am and a hydraulic hose blew off and covered the employee with hydraulic fluid. The employee immediately flushed employee's face with saline eye wash. The employee was immediately taken to the hospital by a fellow employee for further treatment.
