WHILE PERFORMING HIS DUTIES AS AN AUGER MINER, HE WAS PINNING AUGERS TOGETHER. A ROCK DISLODGED FROM AN UNKNOWN HEIGHT, STRIKING THE LEFT SIDE OF HIS TORSO. ROCK WAS 3-6" SQUARE.
