On 12/31/2025 at approx 7:42AM the IS belt on the Powerscreen 1700X stopped. EE then approached the machine and found a rock stuck that stopped the belt. EE reached in to pull the rock loose, the belt then took off and injured EE's hand. EE failed to stop/lockout/tagout the belt.
