EE was putting a new tire on a rim, as this was taking place, his right wrist popped and after 30 minutes went by his wrist started to swell and was hurting.
Employee was removing rocks from inside a steel box; as he was taking an 8"" to 10"" rock over the side his foot lost grip and caused him to hit his ribs on top of box. This was the result of not having a goot foot hold.
Wind was blowing and caused rust to get in his eye. He was not working on anything at time he felt material get in his eye.
He was moving rock by hand that was 10"" x 14"" in size when one moved and smashed his finger.

WHEN THE EMPLOYEE PLACED THE LADDER UNDER THE CRUSHER PLATFORM, HE DID NOT PROPERLY STABILIZE THE BASE TO PREVENT MOVEMENT. THE ANGLE OF THE LADDER CONTRIBUTED AS WELL BY PLACING EXCESSIVE BURDEN ON THE BLOCKS THE EMPLOYEE USED.
