Employee was working around a hopper bin with safety harness on. Employee removed safety harness lanyard from point contact, slipped and fell causing injury from fall.
Employee was trying to cut a piece of belting. While cutting toward themselves with a utility knife, knife slipped while cutting and struck the employee in the left upper thigh. Employee received stitches.
