While pushing snow/dirt employee backed off a 17-foot wall in D8T CAT Dozer. Employee was removed from dozer and attended to until EMS arrived.

Injured slipped cleaning rock from chute. Said he twisted right knee but it was not hurting enough for attention. On 11/9/11 injured said knee was bothering him and went to Dr. Dr. told him to give it time and it may heal itself. Continued to hurt, returned to Dr on 2/29/12, Dr scheduled medical procedure, on 2/29/12, management became aware of the reportable injury.
