EMPLOYEE WAS PUTTING IN A SPLICE AND THE KNIFE SLIPPED, CUTTING HIS RIGHT FOREARM. HE WENT TO THE HOSPITAL AND THEY CLEANED IT, PUT 2 STAPLES IN IT, AND ADVISED TO TAKE 1 DAY OFF.
