EMP WAS ASSISTING THE DRILL OPERATOR AND LOADER OPERATOR IN PREPARING THE NO.1 FACE FOR BLASTING. THE 4 HOLES HAD BEEN LOADED THE THE LEG WIRES ATTACHED TO THE SHOOTING CABLE THE 3 MEN HAD LEF T THE FACE AREA. THE DRILL OPERATOR GOT ON THE DRILL THAT HAD BEEN BACKED OUT OF THE PLACE AND WAS MOVING IT TO A SAFER LOCATION. FOR SOME REASON THE SHUTTLE CAR OPERATOR,INJURED PERSON, FELT
