THE MINER CABLE3SHOT A HOLE IN THE CONDUCT AND BURNT THE MINER MAN. BURN ON RIGHT LEG & ARM. THE RESTRAINING CLAMP HELD THE CABLE TIGHT-AND WOULD NOT LET IT MOVE WITH. THE FLOATING DECK BREAKI NG THE CABLE. T2E CABLE WAS IN CONDUCT. WE REMODIFIED THE CLAMP.
