WHILE TRYING TO LOOSEN THE ROD BEARING BOLTS ON A FRONT END LOADER MOTOR WITH A 3/4 DRIVE RACHET, THE RACHET SLIPPED AND HIT THE EE ON THE FOREHEAD.

IN THE PROCESS 2F REMOVING OVERBURDEN (DIRT), AN EMBANKMENT BECAME LOOSE AND FELL THROUGH THE FRONT WINDOW OPENING OF THE EXCAVATOR COVERING THE OPERATOR'S LEGS. THE OPERATOR EXPERIENCED PAIN IN HIS LEFT LE1, BUT NO FRACTURES OR BREAKS WERE REVEALED IN THE X-RAYS. THE INJURY CONSISTED OF DEEP CONTUSIONS AND MILD ABRASIONS.
