EMPLOYEE WAS PREPARING TO MOVE ROOF BOLTER BY SCOOP TO NEW SECTION FROM BATTERY CHARGING STATIONHE TIED TRAM LEVERS IN SO THE SCOOP COULD PULL THE BOLTER. HE THEN NOTICED THAT THE CABLE NEEDED TO BE REELED UP IN THE BOLTER. HE WENT TO THE FRONT OT BOLTER & STARTED IT UP, THE BOLTER THEN RAN UP ON HIS RT LEG CUTTING IT ABOUT 6' ABOVE HIS RT KNEE. PANIC BAR WAS WORKING ON THE BOLTER
