Employee was helping replace segment on an excavator when they set the excavator back down a piece of metal sheared off the segment and struck him in the right leg. He received 5 stitches.
Employee was in the process of moving a brake rotor chamber with the shops overhead crane. When the safety chain slipped off rotor chamber and him above his right eye. He received 7 stitches. Came back to work same day.

Employee was working on a John Deere grader. Employee had to get off the grader to get another tool. When he did he twisted his right knee. Employee worked until 5-21-13 then went off work.

Employee was changing a spring on screen #1 using a chain. Fall when the beam clamp on the chain fall pulled away from the beam and the chain fall fell and hit the employee on the back. It fractured 1 vertebra.
