EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING SCOOP WHEN HE RAN OVER A LARGE PIECE OF ROCK, WHICH RAISED UP THE SCOOP PUTTING HIS HEAD INTO THE ROOF AND STRAINING HIS NECK AND SHOULDER.
