MINER MAN WAS SITTING ON A PLASTER BUCKET CUTTING A CAR OF COAL, WHEN RIB FELL OFF AND HIT HIM ON LOWER PART OF BACK AND HE JERKED FORWARD.

THE INJURED WAS MAKING A SERIES OF TESTS INSIDE THE CONTROL PANEL FO TH CONTINUOUS MINER. HE FAILED TO DE-ENERGIZE AND LOCK OUT HTE POWER SUPPLY, WHICH RESULTED IN A ELECTRICAL SHOCK AND BUR N TOT HE BACK OF HIS LEFT HAND.
