EE WAS IN MECHANIC TRUCK WHICH WAS BEING TOWED BY A LOADER. THE TRUCK HIT A BERM CAUSING THE STEERING WHEEL TO TURN QUICKLY THEREFORE CAUSINGA HAND INJURY

HE AND ANOTHER WORKER HAD JUST PUT ENGINE IN LOADER AND WERE TESTING ENGINE. UNKNOWINGLY, THEY HAD LEFT WRENCH ON TOP OF RADIATOR AND THE VIBRATION OF ENGINE CAUSED IT TO FALL AGAINST AND THEN WAS THROWN AND HIT HIM IN MOUTH.
