Employee was walking the grounds at the crusher and stepped on a rock and his ankle twisted on him and it broke.
Employee was using a claw hammer. Employee hit himself on face with claw hammer below eye. Doctor glued & put strips on cut, gave antibiotics. Doctor said employee could return back to work but i told him to take off the rest of day because of heat.
