Employee was working dump. Cutter man was pulling cable up and accidentally pulled cable down on employee's back and shoulder.

While pinner man was bolting top a small piece of rock hit him in the right eye causing a small scratch on his right eye.

Employee was cleaning loose coal off coal rib when the scoop went wide open and slammed into the right side of rib, lacerating employee above right eye and causing mild whiplash.
