Employee was putting a ladder in the bed of the truck, when one end of the ladder hit the toolbox causing EE's thumb to get caught between the tailgate and ladder. This caused a laceration that required 4 stitches.

Employee was standing in area of work being conducted on gear box. When maintenance team member was hitting gear, a small piece of metal broke off and struck employee in left forearm area causing a small laceration.
