Gagne & Son Concrete Blocks, LLC · Struck by flying object

Employee was wearing safety glasses while performing maintenance to the crusher. The weather conditions were windy. EE felt something in the eye. EE was send to Workplace Health which sent EE to Optometrist and they removed a foreign object. EE was able to return to work. Only missed time for the appointment.
