Struck against stationary object

Employee was working in the Mill in the block setting area. EE was going to grab a prybar on the ground by the racking poles. EE stepped on a racking pole that was lying on the ground and felt a pop in EE's foot. EE fractured a bone in EE's left foot.

Employee was placing a stone slab into a rack, and while attempting to put in place a brace, the slab shifted and struck employee on his left leg. Employee recieved a cut on his thigh and broke his left knee.

Employee was unloading limestone slabs from the gang car when the slabs shifted and pinned him between slabs and a block of stone. Employee broke right wrist and bruised adominal cavity.
