CO-WORKER WAS EXTENDING FOLD-UP HITCH ON A OCNVEYOR BEFORE INJURED HAD HIS FINGER OUT OF THE HOLE WHERE HE WAS GETTING READY TO INSTALL THE PIN. LEFT HAND INDEX FINGER TIP WAS CUT OFF AT BASE OF FINGERNAIL.
