EE WAS CLEANING AROUND CONVEYORS WITH A SKID LOADER. HE WENT TO GET OUT OF SKID LOADER AND FELL ONTO THE GROUND. WHEN HE FELL HE LANDED ON LEFT HAND AND WRIST.
