Monson Corporation · Caught in, under or between running or meshing objects

EE climbed up the side of a conveyor to grease. He then used a crescent wrench to clean clay off a roller. His arm was sucked in. His left arm was removed from just above the elbow. He was airlifted form the scene and was taken to HCMC where they removed the arm up to the shoulder.
