THE EE WAS ADJUSTING THE LIME BELT ON THE INCLINE SCREEN. WHILE HOLDING THE SPACER PLATE IN THE FRAMEWORK THE HOSUING SHIFTED AND CAUGHT THE RIGHT INDEX FINGER INFLICTING A FRACTURE. THIS PERS ON RETURNED TO WORK FOLLOWING MEDICAL TREATMENT.
