Missouri Rock Inc · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

Employee was helping test fit a pin on the detached bucket from a Hyundai 450 Hoe that was having new bosses welded onto it. The bucket was on its side to assist in pin insertion. The pin became jammed in the new boss and while jiggling it to free it up, it came loose and slid quickly into the bosses. His hand was pinched between the bucket and pin.
