Employee was picking up a boulder to widen the path for a haul truck to access the crusher hopper. After picking up the boulder, employee hit finger on the haul truck and busted finger open.

EE was tightening bolt, the bolt broke and the EE dropped the wrench on his hand.
WAS HIT IN FACE WITH FLY ROCK UNDER RIGHT EYE SMALL CUT ON FACE COMPLAINED OF EYE DISCOMFORT WENT TO DOCTOR.
