WHILE WORKING AT SCALPING SCREEN EMMPLOYEE WENT TO SHUT OFF. OFF BUTTOM FAILED, EMPLOYEE THEN PULLED KNIFE BLAD E DISCONNECT. WHICH FOR REASON UNKNOWN AT THIS TIME ALSO FAILED. WHICH RESULT ED IN ELECTRICAL SHOCK TOEMPLOYEE. EMPLOYEE WAS BURNE DON RIGHT SIDE OF FACE AND RIGHT HAND.
