Changing blow bars and liners in Eagle crusher. The hood had been opened and pinned in order to work on machine. South pin must have vibrated out leaving all the pressure on the North pin. The weight from the hood began to bend the pin allowing the hood to close on EE. EE elected to roll the rotor to avoid the hood.
