While working to remove the base of the ore feeder, employee was fitting the slidebase into place to remove the feeder base, the slidebase twisted and pinched employee's ring finger on the left hand between the two pieces of metal causing the tip of the finger to become broken and cut.

Employee was outside talking with the operations superintendent. The employee was wearing glasses when the wind blew material into his eye. He washed it out immediately. He did not go to the hospital until the next day when he realized the material was still in his eye and that his eye was still irritated.

THE EE WAS LIFTING UP ONE END OF A REPLACEMENT AUGER TO SLIDE IT INTO THE BUCKET OF THE SKIDSTER. WHILE LIFTING THE END OF THE AUGER, THE EE HEARD A POPPING NOISE AND FELT PAIN IN THE RT. SHOULDER.
