I,NAME WAS LOADING SAMPLE DIRT INTO 55 GALLON DRUMS. HIGH WINDS CAUSED DIRT AND/OR DUST TO FALL IN EYE.
I NAME WAS WORKING IN THE ROD MILL WHICH WAS BEING CHARGED WITH RODS. ONE OF THE RODS SLIPPED AND INJURED HIS LEFT HAND. HE SUFFERED CRUSH INJURY TO LEFT HAND, FRACTURING INDEX LONG AND RING F INGERS ALSO ABRASIONS.
