EE WAS STARTING TO HAMMER OUT THE PIN ON THE BUCKET TOOTH OF HIS LOADER WHEN A PIECE OF THE HAMMER BROKE OFF & FLEW OFF INTO HIS RIGHT EYE. EE'SSAFETY GLASSES WERE ON TOP OF HIS HEAD, NOT ON HIS EYES.NOTE: IN STEP 7 IT ASKS IF THE INJURY ILLNESS RESULTED IN A PERMANENT DISABILITY & ONLY GIVES YOU A YES OR NO SPOT TO CHECK.
