Miner pinches fingers while moving the down hole hammer assembly (interchange, down hole hammer, bit, about 225 lbs) into the table area of an RD10 set up on a 46 degree angle hole.

While lifting and moving a ""Jack Leg"" bolting drill with a co-worker, the employee strained a muscle in EE's lower back.

Employee was spraying shotcrete. He was wearing a full face shield and dust mask. It was dusty and he stepped on a loose rock, twisting his left ankle.

Employee was moving a piece of metal. He stepped down and fell over cement ledge, landing on both knees. Employee did not go to the doctor until 2/7/07 and was given light duty.
