While exiting the office trailer, miner had her reading glasses on and hit the second step with only half of her foot causing her to fall out the door landing on her left knee, causing a laceration.

While removing the bolt of the cutting edge of a skid steer the nut came off, the bolt head drooped out of the hole, hitting my finger cutting it.

Miner twisted ankle while changing oil in generator. Stated that it wasn't bad enough to go to doctor. Went to Dr. after three weeks. Told to take ibuprofen and apply cold. went for MRI - showing nothing wrong. Told to exercise ankle - went for new MRI - shows a floating bone - put in boot and light duty.
