Employee locked out electrical pump panel to do maintenance on machine. When employee returned to unlock and turn on pump panel, the panel exploded. Employee was exposed to minor flash from the electrical current.
Employee put fingers on back of belt to hot air sealer to check the temperature and the belt caught the right index finger.
Employee was cleaning a dust trap at the big dryer and as employee pulled the tray out, the metal cut left index finger.
