Employee was cutting a wiper for the west side return belt and the blade was dull so EE pushed harder. EE was able to cut the wiper and EE's hand slipped and EE stabbed self with a box knife. Employee received a single stitch on the puncture. Return to work with no restrictions.

Wind forced a door open striking the employee in the elbow causing a strain. Employee put on restrictions and medications.

Employee was repairing the wall on a chute when EE's foot slipped and EE twisted the right ankle. EE received a steroid anti-inflammatory shot on 04/15/2021.

Driver fell off truck, dismounting, while performing an annual inspection at scale house. Windy and gusts up to 45 - 50 MPH that day had a part in blowing door against the driver, causing EE to fall.
