THE BELT ON THE CRUSHER HAD STOPPED WOTKING WITHOUT ANYONE'S KNOWLEDGE. WITHOUT INSTRUCTION, INJURED BEGAN TO APPLY BELT DRESSING TO THE HEAD PULLEY OF THE CONVEYOR BELT FEEDING THE SCREEN AND CRUSHER. HIS ARM SOME HOW GOT CAUGHT BETWEEN THE BELT AND ROLLER
